Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, no refunds will be issued for any services once payment has been made. This includes, but is not limited to, consultations, website design, branding, and digital services.

By purchasing a service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Shipping & Processing Policy (Hair Products)

All hair orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please allow the carrier’s estimated delivery time for your package to arrive.

 

Refund Policy – Services, Mentorship & Website Design

All sales for services are final. Due to the nature of service-based and digital work, no refunds will be issued once payment has been made.

For mentorship and website design services, clients are required to remain responsive and provide necessary information to proceed with the project. If there is no communication from the client for a period of three (3) consecutive weeks, the project will be considered abandoned, and the service will be non-refundable and forfeited.
