Shipping & Processing Policy (Hair Products)

All hair orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days unless your order is to be customized (mostly 13*6 wig orders will take days) (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please allow the carrier’s estimated delivery time for your package to arrive.
